Coree Forrester, PE

Co-Founder, MEP Engineer

A graduate of Florida State University, Coree developed a deep interest in engineering through his passion for problem-solving. His curiosity grew from a desire to apply mathematical principles to practical, real-world solutions.

He embraces challenges, knowing that every setback provides an opportunity to learn, adapt, and improve. This mindset has shaped not only his professional development but also his approach to leading his team. He encourages those around him to tackle problems with persistence, admit mistakes, and continuously strive to perfect their craft.

Outside of work, Coree is a musician. In his free time, he enjoys writing and playing music, a creative outlet that helps him stay balanced and inspired. His musical pursuits also reflect his problem-solving approach, finding harmony in different elements and composing something meaningful.

Ryan Frerichs

Co-Founder, MEP Project Manager, Assistant to the Regional Manager (on Friday afternoons)

A local of Colorado Springs since 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the College of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Ryan has been gaining experience within the MEP industry since 2010. This vast experience has allowed him to become incredibly versatile and knowledgeable in his field.

Curiosity energizes his drive, as he enjoys understanding how things work and gaining perspective to achieve the best possible results. Ryan is a realist with a work ethic that brings ideas to life. He approaches projects with the objective of providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the most streamline way and ensuring communication from start to finish. His down-to-earth nature creates strong connections with those he works with, and he invests his attention in maintaining those relationships. 

When he is not working, Ryan spends as much time possible outdoors with his family.
